Cloud & Crane Residency Program is an effort to further progress the field of East Asian medicine studies at a postgraduate level. Providing an opportunity to experience the traditions of this field in a way that would immerse the new practitioner, into a depth of knowledge that would be past down via oral transmission as well as direct engagement with the medicine and techniques. Of which, would have been predominately theoretical in a masters program, now will be alive and vibrant in guided practice as a Resident Intern.

Within the residency program, interns will also be co-trained in the Shen-Hammer pulse diagnosis lineage. All practitioners of the program will have in-depth training and study in Shen-Hammer Pulse as well as continued hands on training while in clinical rounds with certified instructors to hone their own skills and sensitivity in pulse diagnosis to further add insight and depth to their own practices. Upon completion of the entire program, most residents should be able to complete certification in Shen-Hammer Pulse diagnosis and have the opportunity to become a fellow in the linage to become a certified instructor of Shen-Hammer Pulse Diagnosis.
